This patient desired a larger breast size and had an implant exchange, going from an Allergan Full Profile 520cc implant to a Mentor Memotyr Gel Smooth Round High Profile 750cc implant. She had internal bra placement as well to assist the tissue in supporting her new larger size.

This patient was experiencing a capsular contracture of the left breast, which was remedied by a bilateral exchange and internal bra placement to assist in providing support to the new implants.
