IMPLANT REVISION

This patient desired a larger breast size and had an implant exchange, going from an Allergan Full Profile 520cc implant to a Mentor Memotyr Gel Smooth Round High Profile 750cc implant. She had internal bra placement as well to assist the tissue in supporting her new larger size.

This patient desired a larger breast size and had an implant exchange, going from a Sientra Smooth Round High Profile 350cc implant to a Sientra Textured Round High Profile 590cc implant. She had capsule work done as well to improve symmetry.

This patient wanted a bigger size and improved symmetry. She had Allergan Smooth Round Style 20 280cc implants and opted to have them replaced with Sientra Smooth Round High Profile 415cc with capsuloraphies to improve the appearance of her breasts.

The patient experienced a right side deflation of her saline implant and a capsular contracture in her left breast as well. Both implants were removed, including removal of her left capsule to relieve the contracture, and replaced with Sientra Smooth Round High Profile 330cc implants.

This patient had concerns regarding her teardrop shaped implants and desired better symmetry and upper pole fullness. She had her Sientra Shaped Classic Base High Profile 365cc implants replaced with Sientra Smooth Round High Profile 350cc implants for a much better result.
